Live tv time off by exactly 3 hrs

Server Version#: Version 1.16.4.1469
Player Version#:
running server on Odroid hc2, ubuntu, hd homerun tunner.

when I go to live TV & DVR the schedule shows the current Time as 3 hours ago. I ran the date command on the server and it shows the correct time

While the data and time may be correct, is it in the correct time zone?

If not in the correct time zone (region), the translation back to UTC (GMT) time will be off and will cause errors such as this.

I dont think thats it I ran this to check:
timedatectl
Local time: Sun 2019-08-11 08:09:54 EDT
Universal time: Sun 2019-08-11 12:09:54 UTC
RTC time: Sun 2019-08-11 12:09:56
Time zone: America/New_York (EDT, -0400)
System clock synchronized: yes
systemd-timesyncd.service active: yes
RTC in local TZ: no

Am I missing something.

No, you’re fine and I’m at a loss. I can’t use DVR here anymore (no cable - have satellite) but I still have the tuner and it still retains the cable system channels in it. It was on schedule for me.

I wish I knew more but there’s nothing else I can offer. I’m sorry.

Make sure you have used the correct ZIP code for setting up your Plex DVR.
(delete the DVR and set it up anew, to make sure of it)
