Live TV with HD Homerun Duo setup problem: Can't continue past language

I’m in Singapore, so there’s no EPG data. I thought I could add this to Plex to get live TV, but when I go through the setup wizard in the Plex Web application, I get to the point where I choose a language - but no matter what language I choose, “Continue” is greyed out and the only options are to use my own XMLTV file, “Previous” and “Cancel”. I’ve tried choosing the XMLTV option and giving it a plain XMLTV file that only has channel names and no EPG data, but I get errors and can’t proceed.

Since there’s no SG EPG data, is it possible to set this tuner up on Plex just for live TV, or is EPG data required in order to use a tuner?

OK thanks. In that case, I got live TV working by creating my own XMLTV file with one month-long program for each channel (I don’t care so much about accurate EPG data, just being able to pull up live feeds).
