Live tv won't play

Hi , since the latest update, I’m just unable to watch live tv on any platform. Plex still record my shows, but when it comes to live tv pretty much all the channels are unable to be displayed. Sometimes only the sounds some out or when I finally get to play a channel it pixelise all the time with lag. Also I don’t know if it’s related, but I’m unable to refresh fully my EPG. Sometimes it goes to 45% and sometimes stops at 0%. I checked that my drivers, apps and Windows was updated.

Server version on Windows 10 :I was on 1.14.1.5488, I tried the beta 1.15.1.710 to solve the problem but no luck
Android apps: 7.11.3.9220
Nvidia Shield TV: 7.11.3.9220

In the console when I play live tv or a show is being recorded I get error code like these one, I get a ton of these.

[Transcoder] [mpeg2video @ 02d79840] 00 motion_type at 0 63

I have similar log entries occurring with recordings and live tv. The entries are logged when glitches such as pixelation and audio pauses are experienced during both live tv and recorded tv play. I have experienced this on 2 different generation roku’s, the android app and web player . Ubuntu 16.4 PMS Version 1.15.1.710.

Was it working before like a couple weeks ?

I just found out that I get the same errors when I stream any recording on my computer. Looks like a Transcoding problem.

I don’t know if reinstalling PMS would resolve the problem.

Finnaly downgraded to PMS 1.14.1.5488 and everything is working fine so far.

I just downgraded PMS to 1.14.1.5488 and so far, the issue is gone for me as well. Good find! My wife says thank you!
