On my side I only experienced this lip sync problem on one channel. But I fixed it changing the audio format in the shield settings. The channel in question was broadcasting audio in AC3 and it seems that in the auto setting the shield was not able to select the right format.

Where the setting is exactly? (So we can try what worked for you)
