LiveTV visible on web and iOS client but missing from Nvidia Shield

I am hosting PMS on a Synology NAS DS1515+ and using an HD Homerun Extend as my tuner. I can see live TV on my other clients but, it is missing from the Nvidia Shield client (version 6.5.3.2115).

Is there a trick to turning this on?
