I have been having some issues with buffering low bitrate (5k-11k so far I have tested) TV shows and movies, MKV files.
The issue seems to only occur during direct play.
My server has:

Intel i7-8700k
-
32GB of RAM
-
Nvidia GTX-1080
-
The video is a 1080p video, using 8-11mbps of local bandwidth.

The video does work fine when transcoding.

I have debug logging enabled

I have a 1Gb/s network.

I am running UNRAID with the binhex-plexpass docker.

I have the system setup for HW transcoding as well.
Last night I was trying to watch a show that was 5-6K bitrate and no matter what when I initially started the show the video was all choppy and out of sync with the audio. If I fast forwarded and hit play it seemed to sync up again and I didn’t have any more problems.
This was around 8:45pm central time.
A friend of mine was direct playing remotely and she said it was buffering during the middle of the movie last night.
This was around 12:50AM central time.
