Local download from Plex Media Server to local iPhone OK, but movie won't be viewable

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7621 (docker on Qnap)
Player Version#: 8.28

Hi, I try to download some movies, the download works well, but I’m unable to read any of the movies/series I put locally on iPhone.
When I hit “Play” button, it’s awaiting undefinitely.

Any idea on what config could be wrong there ?
It worked a few month ago, but no more today.

Media info displayed, quite strange : quality = N/D @ 0 Mbps, where original on server is 720x404 @3,3Mbps (as an example)
