I click “download” to watch the movie offline later, it say “downloading” but never happens. What to do?
I have the exact same issue. Are you on same network as your plex server?
No, my server is at home, in Rome, while I’m on the other side of the world, in Kuala Lumpur. 
But I’ve no problems accessing and watching my movies and TV series. Only the download, to watch them when I’ve not Internet access, doesn’t start.
