Following thie article - https://support.plex.tv/articles/local-files-for-tv-show-trailers-and-extras/ - I’ve created a subfolder names Interviews to house an interview with the show author, but it is not showing when I access the TV Series on my player. Below the Directory Structure:
Appreciate any insights on how to make this work.

Have you made sure that plex:plex has access permissions to both folder and files?
Did you Refresh Metadata of that particular show after adding the files?
Local extras for tv shows are only supported when using the new agent.
Have you checked that the agent of this library is “Plex Series”?
Stupid Q: did you scroll further down, than what is shown in the above screenshot?
Yes, has the Extras created by Plex.
Is “Use local assets” checked?
I guess it’s time for log files.
Enable “debug” logging
Disable “verbose” logging on the server.
Stop and restart the server.
Remove the extras files.
Scan the library.
Empty the library trash.
Now add the extras files again.
Refresh Metadata of the whole Thunderbirds show.
Wait 5 minutes.
Fetch server logs and post the whole zip archive. (per PM if you want)
At least the logs say that the extras were indeed sucessfully added.

Thanks Sir. I don’t believe that’s the case. The article talks about max number of directory linux can monitor, with a max of 8192 for old kernels and 65536 for new kernels without any changes. I don’t have more than 300 ish directories.
The file is been picked up by Plex, as you can see in the logs, but is not been displayed in the series page. I just create a library pointing only for that directory and the file was found and it is been displayed. Maybe we have a problem with Plex itself. I’m going to do the same with another Series I have and have not setup the extras to see what is going to happen.
Update: Unfortunatelly I won’t be able to do the test I mentioned as the TV Show I planned to use is off line, stored in my off-line server. I did worked around the issue with the episode in question here by using the flag at the end of the file -interview. It works that way, but not if the file is inside a directory named Interviews.
I wonder: which folder is currently added to the tv shows library (on the “Add Folders” tab)?
