Plex server does not read my local media library on my Windows 11 PC (Windows 11 Pro, 10.0.22631 build 22631). I am suspecting a Windows update may have caused it. The media is not on a NAS, but directly on the C: drive, under a user download path. I did try to roll back the Plex server two editions, but it didn’t make any difference. When I hit update library for the specific folder, the Plex activity circles for a second and nothing happens. If I create a new folder and make a new library movie folder, the library shows it as empty. Optimize and clean bundles doesn’t help either.
Lets start with a copy of your server logs and the file name of a new video.
Do you need the entire server log? Are there any port information I should redact before posting?

Scanning D:\Data\Completed its seeing the directory, but you failed to upload your server logs. You posted one excerpt which does not contain all of the needed information
Which files will you need? Not all the logs within the zip i hope.
Please just post the zip, its far easier for me to use that than ask for a specific file, I can easily bounce between 15+ files looking for information. Which is the reason we ask for the zip file in the first place.
