Hi, I am having issues with Plex updating itself when I make changes to local metadata, specifically music videos that I have associated with artists.
Things seemed to be working fine until I made some changes a week or so ago to filenames. Even though I have renamed the files and refreshed metadata (several times) the old names and thumbnails still appear. When I click on those items I get an error saying to check that the file exists etc I have tried to delete trash, delete bundles etc but nothing seems to remove the reference to the old files…and I can’t get it to find the renamed files.
Can anyone suggest anything? I am sure that the naming is correct (given I have had them working.
