I was happy to see that Plex added local news content. However, I live in East Tennessee (Tri-Cities), but my local news comes from Washington state (Tri-City) How can I get Plex to correct this error? I have my correct zip code in my profile.

Similar problem here. I live in upstate New York, but Plex has my zipcode as somewhere in Massachusetts. If I try to change my location to anything else (correct zipcode, different country, doesn’t matter), it just reverts to the same wrong zip code. Local news from somewhere else doesn’t really help me.

Did you find a solution? Plex local news still working fine on Mac Plex Server. On Windows 10 it’s gone and stuck on zip code 20149 for no reason I can figure out and won’t change to my local zip code. Just started this past week.
So, it’s not my Windows 10 machine, it’s something wrong with Plex on Windows. I set up a separate Windows 10 machine and the same issue is happening with same zip code and no local news at all and won’t save my zip code.
Does anyone from Plex monitor these threads? You have a problem you need to fix. It’s not on our end, it’s your software.
