Local PMS offline after IOS 14.5 upgrade on iPAD

Has anybody had issues with the Plex App on an iPad after upgrading to IOS 14.5 and/or 14.5.1 where it can’t communicate with the local PMS?

Everything was running fine with IOS 14.4.2, and I’ve granted access to the Local Network as part of the IOS 14.5 instructions. When I launch the Plex app now, it can’t find my local PMS (running on QNAP with version 1.23.0.4482), and when editing the Home Screen it shows my local PMS offline.
