I recently moved and just got around to setting Plex back up. I have an Orbi RBR50 set up as my router with Plex only enabled locally due to bandwidth and data cap reasons.
All of my players recognize that the plex server is online, but they will not actually play video from the server (aside from ~2 minutes of video that I used to test that it was working before diving into another project).
Please recreate the problem then grab the PMS logs and post them here. What movie or show did you try watching? Plex Media Server Logs | Plex Support

The wife and I are trying to watch our way through some of the more classic xmas films. We were attempting to start with Die Hard and Love Actually.
Looks like your PMS is connected to your network via WiFi. It’s not a good idea to run PMS through WiFi. Try wiring it to the main router.
