Location of subs.. why not use the movie directory?

Dear Devs,


First post, so first thing first.


I would like to express my gratitude for the hours you guys put into Plex. Is is truly a fantastic product made by the love of it’s makers. It shows. As a usability designer I love the whole experience across all platforms. You guys deserve my life time PlexPass without a doubt :wink:


Now then. To business… =)


I’d like to understand the design principles of the way subtitles are stored by agents. I’d like to see them stored in the movie directory. Is it perhaps possible to give the user a choice. It would safe me a lot of hassle when a wrong sub is downloaded or when I would like to migrate my movies to another server/disk.
