Locked out of account and no way to recover password

When setting up plex years ago I must have made a typo in my e-mail address, and not been required to confirm it. My plex password stopped working a few days ago, and I cannot recover it because the e-mail address associated with my account is not mine. I am still logged in on my phone app, but cannot log into the website. I am not using my main account to write this.

Is my account gone forever? With no way to cancel Plex pass, I will have to do a chargeback?
