I’ve been using Plex for a time without problems, but a few days ago i was logged out and couldn’t log in even though I remember my password. I tried to reset the password through mail, but I don’t receive the reset email/link. Is my account deleted?
Your “chama” account that you are writing from looks fine. Is this the account you are referring to? You wouldn’t be able to access the forums if the account was deleted.
I do not see any requests to reset the password for this account. Are you sure you are entering your email correctly?
My bad. “Chama” is an account I created to post on the forum. The username I have trouble with is “Chewsy”.
That account has been restored.
My email on Yahoo is scammed which I’ve use to create my plex account and bought plex pass for it. I cant recover my plex password and only way I can loggin to Plex is apple ID. How can I change my plex email?
Contact our billing department at Contact | Plex. They’ll ask you for some info to verify your identity and then they can help you with changing your email address.
Tried already 3 times with no luck. I think all answers goes to that leached email…
So no chance to get any help from plex support?
