Can't unlock / reset / confirm my account

Hi

I have a Plex account, but didn’t remember the password.

  1. Tried to reset it, but never got any emails.
  2. Tried a few passwords, but got locked out.
  3. Tried to unlock it, but never got any emails.
  4. Try registering a new account, but never got the confirm emails.
  5. Tried all of the above a bunch of times over a few days - still no emails.
  6. Registered this account, using a different email address - and the confirm email arrived seconds later!
  7. I can’t find any way to proceed with the above - no email support listed on the Plex web site, and no other function to use when the reset emails are not working.

I’m administering the email server, and there’s nothing from Plex in the logs. For some reason, they do not even try to send that email to my server. The server is not listed in any spam lists.

Anyone got any idea on how I can resolve this?
