My home plex account, reset email never arrive

My home TV plex account has been locked on 2023 Dec because muiltiple wrong password attempt. I then try to use reset function to try making a new password.
until now, I still never received the email. it has been over a month, despite some told me to wait 24hrs to retry again.

This is a different account, I use this to post, because my home TV plex account can not login.

I have checked my spam folder. nothing arrived.
but i do receive plex marketing email
