Locked out of plex media server access

Hello, I have followed the support article for being locked out of server, No access to my own server. Gone in, and deleted the registry items, reopened the server, Same thing… Deleted registry items and restarted computer, then opened server and STILL locked out. Help

Did you clear browser cache an such? You can also use the methods here like the Open Plex… menu item or the Setup Plex.html file to claim the server
