Hi for some reason when I download the plex media server it will not allow me to sign in with the same details that I sign in with online. I have tried using a different email adress and initially that worked but then it kicked me out and doesnt seem to want to accept my login details
On what platform are you running Plex Media Server - Windows/Linux/Mac/etc?

That will place your server in an unclaimed state.
To claim the server, using your preferred Plex account,
If on the server itself: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web or http://localhost:32400/web
If on a different system on the same network: http://server_ip_address:32400 (use the actual IP address of your server).
You should be able to login and claim your server.
