I was on the road for work and got an email saying there was a login from Germany (apparently some juicebag hacked my account). So I pulled over and changed my password and forced all of my devices to be logged off.
When I got home I i went to log back in on our main TV and nothing was showing up other than “recent additions” on my server and all of the regular plex stuff… So I went down to my office and connected to my server only to find it saying it was unclaimed… i click on “claim it now” and it just says server settings are unavailable…
ive logged out, rebooted, logged in to the plex site and checked stuff there and made sure everything was logged out… and ive done this 2 times.
Any ideas on what i can do to fix this? this is very frustrating.
Signing out devices includes the Plex Media Server. Are you accessing your server through its local IP (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same device, http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise)?
It still isnt working and now I cant even see it any more. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I really need some help on this since this is our full media collection that we watch from… is this the only way for support for a lifetime plex pass member?
