Logged in but can't see my own server. Can not add a server

I have Plex installed using docker on OMV. I moved to a new house and the local network changed. However I can see my OMV server just fine. I try logging into Plex using http://192.168.1.78:32400/web. But I can not see my own server. I can see my friends server in Denver though. I can see no way to add my server. Its odd that i am using the player on the server, yet I cant see the content on the server. Ive been struggling wtih this for a few hours now and cant find any solution.
I have even removed plex from docker and reinstalled it. according to the log in docker Plex is running normally. I am not greeted as though its a new installation when I try to log in.

When I to try to log in I get the following message

“This application is at 192.168.1.78 and is not hosted by Plex. Continue only if you recognize this server and wish to grant access.”

Server Version#: 4.30.2
Player Version#: using server

this is because that web app is hosted by you not us. There should be a Continue with Email (among other options) or or a continue with the email you are already signed into with on that browser.

Yes I understand that’s what the message means. However clicking on Continue logged me into Plex. However my local server was not visible and there was no way to add it. All I could see was my friends server in Denver. I solved the problem by reinstalling OMV, and then creating a new Plex portainer. But there was no way within the Plex interface for me to re-add my own server.
