and now instead of asking for a userid it is asking for the email?

Im stuck at the same place. I just get a blank screen when using ie11 on windows 7 x64
Chrome works for me, but when I try to login from IE 11 I just get a blank screen. I tried Otto’s link as well and still get stuck. It flashes the plex logo, and then an orange circle, and then nothing. Just grey/black screen.
This is with most recent build btw. It installed tonight.
I have the same issue - Only way to get it to work is using private browsering (even on mobile)
I am unable to login via iOS app with this new blunder/feature. Also it appears with this new login you are unable to manually add a local server (it never connects). I suspect to force people to use the website login.
It seems the plex people are too busy trying to add features no body wants and not fixing long standing issues. Admit you’ve made mistakes recently, revert your privacy policy and this new bizarre login and start mending bridges with your users.
I’ve cancelled my plex pass today. I’m not impressed or happy with how you are treating me as a customer and it’s clear from the forum numerous others aren’t as well.

This is annoying, why did it changed away from username login to weird facebook/google/email login screen.

Take back the old login please
Please remove this new social login, it’s cumbersome and brings in another layer of unwelcome tracking and profile building. It’s made unnecessary hard to login the old way now, as if social login is almost forced upon me.

As mentioned before. Use the “Continue with email” option, then enter your username where it asks for email. You can use your username even though it only says email. This is a bug and we will add back “username” to avoid future confusion.
