Long Time Plex User, Still No Secure Connection

Hello, I’ve been using Plex for years, but I’ve always used the relay due to having this issue where I cannot get a secure connection to my server. My router only supports TCP and UDP so I have to set a port forward manually. The UI for my router is very simple but I included screens of what I have set and what it shows on my plex status.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. When I split tunnel with NordVPN the connection will go secure for a few seconds then drop off again.

I even closed NordVPN out complete and still same effect. I also added both the windows plex app and server to the Malwarebytes allow list and no change.

Also, I’ve tried to establish a secure connection from the server to my other devices via the NordVPN (via Meshnet) but no results. The Plex network advance tab has changed since they made the tutorial so things were a bit different, but I correctly added the meshnet addresses in the custom box.
