Looking for alternate method of file import for TV eps

Current version. I have some 6.5K episodes who are all named the same.
/Series Name
SRS - SeriesTitle - SnnEnn - Year - episodetitle.ext

I have run out of ideas on how to rename/reorganize these into the format required by Plex for import … Has anyone come up with another way … or tool … to convert the files into the Plex format?

Have you looked at Filebot?
