Looking for starting point to remote interface to Plex

Need pointer to same doc/code that iOS apps use for remote control
I'm looking to control Plex remotely in the same way that the iOS apps do as far as just controlling the Media Center app (not the server). I've seen discussion references to a HTTP/XML interface, which would be great, but no links.

The goal is to integrate Plex with a complete home control system such as AMX, Crestron or Control4.

I would recommend looking at the Plex Media Server.log while using the iOS devices as remote control devices so you can see the incoming requests. Should be pretty self-explanatory, until we get proper docs out.
