Server Version#:cant find it

My issue is ( new here) that PlexServer has been working fine connecting to my laptop via wi-fi, 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and of course the player on my Win 11 desktop. Also connecting to my 65 inch Samsung in another room via a lan and wi-fi (for testing). The connection to the 65 inch periodically stops when turning on from the App. I just get a black screen. Can go on for days and just suddenly reappear on it’s own. While it is down I can still get into internet ect so the lan cable should be fine. Switch the TV to WI_FI and no change. Like this morning I fired up the TV and Plex just showed up on it’s own without touching the app button.
I am pulling my hair out with this one ( bald ) as it is intermittent and frustrating as hell.
Any ideas of other things to try woud be appreciated.
