Losing connection

I keep loosing connection to my synlogy 918+. It seems to happen after plex is idle for sometime . When I go into my NAS and turn off/ on plex it connects immediately and works again…

I was wondering if this is a possible plex setting or a synlogy setting

Ok thanks. Now to figure out how to fix that

I’m guessing it would be a synlogy certificate
