Hi, I recently started having issues with Plex and my Synology loosing the server connection. I can do a restart of the Synology and then Plex will pickup the server but usually within a day or two it will loose the connection again.
Sorry, I wasn’t aware the Logs were system based. I logged into to the Plex app via my web browser on my pc. I have all of my media stored on the Synology with the Plex Media Sever installed. I’m accessing the Plex app via pc and Apple TV. I saved a new set of logs but I’m still not sure if these are what you are looking for.
I saved both version by going into the Plex app in chrome and going to Settings -> Troubleshooting ->Download Logs. If this isn’t whet you need please let me know and I can try again with some instructions from you.
