Losing season posters and episodes thumnails

After updating TV-series with new episodes, randomly season-posters and episodes thumbnails are gone.
It happens with TV-series i’m watching, with not, with a few seasons, with many seasons … and only in a library. I have 3 TV-series libraries: on air / closed or cancelled / incompletes ones.
Occurs with correct PLEX naming schemes, renamed files with filebot and my order agent general are:

1. theTVDB // 2. local media assets // 3. plex theme music // 4. fanart.tv // 5. the movie database

i have a lot of TV-series mapped in GDrive…but the gone ones happens too in local libraries made for test.
I have to reload metada or change correct identification or switch manually to scrape TV-series with themoviedb.com only for 1 or 2 or 3 series to be correct scrapped

Within PMS WebApp-> Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs.
This will zip all require files for you to upload.
