Losing subtitles automatically

This is something very odd that I have been encountering for a while. Plex keeps losing subtitles automatically. I have no answer to it. It happens on all the media files. There are times it keeps playing them but most of the time it disappears just after a while. This is very odd. There are no crash reports.

I am on Windows 10 playing plex on the server itself.

• Server version: 1.15.4.993

While Chrome Casting or using any other client there’s no problem. Only Windows.

Thanks for the logs. Is the problem only on Plex Web when seeking forward / backward ?

Would it be possible to get a 5 minute clip that reproduces the problem. Please indicate how to reproduce the issue.
I have noticed seeks in the log.

Does the issue arise with specific media files. One known issue is if there are no subtitles till sometime after video starts

You can produce a short clip of the mkv using tools such as mkvtoolnix. See https://support.plex.tv/articles/201035968-generating-sample-files-from-media/
