Has anyone else lost the fix/match for the plex web app ? I can no longer correct the data for the proper tv show or movie ? I s there a workaround ?
The most common problem here is that you’re trying to find the fix match option on a season or episode, these don’t support fix match. You must match the TV show itself (or movie).
More information, maybe a screenshot would be useful too.
In the web app, click on the title of the show. Then try again.
I have lost the fix/match option for all items…even movies I have previsouly corrected… I tried reloading the web app but it does not help.
Make sure you are
- using the main user account (the one with the crown) of your Plex Home
- editing a movie within a library on your own server
- not using any web browser add-ins which have the potential to block parts of web pages
Well it appears that the TV series the Adventures of Superman is too old to b eindexed…it jumps the 1990s TV series instead

How is your folder structure organized and how are your files named?

Yes its the 1952 version…I have the first two years. I am experimenting with getting it recognized . It somehow defaults to the 1990s version.
Stick to the recommended naming. That includes the release year for a good reason.

thank you for your help…I used the TMDB and after I got the first episode finalized the rest updated nicely.
