I lost my email account/plex access – I would like to reclaim my server AND keep my shares etc – is it possible ?
If you mean by “lost my email account” that you have no longer access to the email address, then simply change the email that is connected to your Plex account: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
Of course this requires you to still have the password of the account.
If not, then there is no way to preserve the shares of the server and access to shared servers.

This action should have no influence on shares.
I have the password However I can’t sign into that account – that is how I found my email account was down – went to sign into my server – got the username/password do not match so was going to change password – went to email and it was gone
If you had a Plex Pass on that account, support might be able to restore access for you. If you can supply them with proof of the purchase.
