After changing email on plex server. I lost everything

Hi,

I changed account (Userid and email) on my “Plex Server”
And now I lost everything.

1. Users
2. And more import access to my library (media). Plex want’s me to install Plex server?.
   idiotic since it is already installed and running.

Can you help me?

You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

I am having similar issues but after every reset of the Registry settings and reclaiming the server, I get “Not Authorized.” I thought perhaps my account was hacked but I’ve changed the password several times. I’m really at a loss on what’s going on here.
