When I click the ‘open plex’ I am stuck in an infinite 'getting ready loop. I alsi tried opening the html from my wife’s laptop and still no luck. (So much for easier).

I will try the first part, but for the 2nd, using that article, how should I open the setup.html file on the other PC. It just lists the path to the file in the browser. Seems like something should be updated so it executes it over the network on the target machine.
