Plex Server Install caught in a loop of "Getting ready..."

Hi there,

My Plex server was working fine this morning - and I got the dreaded:
“Not authorized
You do not have access to this server.” error message.

I followed all the instructions (incluing registry edits), nothing worked. Decided to completely uninstall and reinstall the server software.

Now it’s stuck in a never ending loop of: “Getting ready…”

So I am totally at a loss.

Edit: One last try. I logged out of all the devices and…it seems to have stopped spinning. I have to rebuild the server but that takes like 10 minutes. No biggie.
