Lost all cover art, won't reload it

Can’t seem to figure out what happened. I had to move my plex installation from one HDD to the other and lost all my covers due to space constraints. I’ve tried everything that I can think of, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to add the cover art back. Anything new I would add comes up, but all the old stuff remains blank. Anyone have any ideas of what I can do to try to remedy this?

Thanks everyone!

so what exactly did you do when migrating/moving your installation?

If you have a Windows server, then make sure that the hard disk where you store the Plex data folder on, is using NTFS as its file system.
ReFS or exFAT won’t work.

Uninstalled on one drive, reinstalled on the other.

I’m using Windows 10, and both the drive that it started on and moved to are NTFS file systems.

ok… unless you follow the instructions from this support article, that’s pretty much like starting from scratch.
the data (names, descriptions…) and posters are all stored in the Plex database and library folders (links described in the article above)

So I finally just did a full removal and reinstall, and it looks like it’s loading the information properly now. Thanks all for your input!
