Hello All,
First I’d like to say I appreciate all the work you guys do. I’ve been a Plex user for many years and rarely if ever post, because I normally search and find the answer. Sadly, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Here is my dilema,
I was initially having problems with TVShows not getting primary covers or season covers, let alone any background art. I now am trying to use Plex just for Anime. All the shows that I have put on my server are on TVDB and they have artwork.
I am using Plex Server Version 1.9.7.4460.
I am using have all my files in a pool using Drivepool on a Windows 10 pc.
I am using the proper naming convention.
I have disabled AdBlock on Firefox, and I am using the latest version of Firefox as well.
I have TVDB as the first on my Shows Agents List.
I am attaching a zip file of the logs, as I tried looking through it and quite frankly I have no idea what I am looking for.
Side note I also have 3mby working with no problems.
I hope I have provided you with all the tools necessary to help this 'Ole Grumpy Marine.

Is drive D:
your drive pool?
If so, you cannot move your Plex data folder onto it.
Because DrivePool doesn’t support symbolic links. And these Symbolic Links are needed for artwork in Plex.
The Plex data folder needs to be stored on a local drive that is formatted with the NTFS file system.
Everything else either doesn’t work or leads to problems.

OttoKerner,
Thank you for that response, and yes the Drive Pool is on D, I in fact did see that page and wasn’t quite sure what that last part meant being that I thought the entire pool was formatted with NTFS. So just to be certain that I am on the same page as yourself, I need to move the data folder back to C:
The path where local application data is stored
Also, I believe the reason I moved the data off of the C: drive was because it is a 500GB SSD drive and I was uncertain on the space all those files would take up.

Yes. Or a different local hard drive.
The path where local application data is stored
Just empty that input field out and it should fall back to the default storage location.
Here is a detailed guide for moving

That is of course a valid concern.
If you don’t have room for a second hard drive in your computer, I recommend you to disable and erase Video preview thumbnails to save space in the plex data folder:
