My main hard drive crashed and I lost ALL Plex Server data, metadata, files etc.
My library of movies is all intact and still on my external hard drives.
How can I take my existing server preferences (still visible with sharing prefs, libraries/playlists, etc.) and recreate them without losing playlists and libraries, etc.? In other words, I just want to point each library to on this new Mac to its folder of movies and let it re-scan for them and add metadata, but without having to re-create the server entirely from scratch and every playlist, library, sharing preference, etc.
I log in on a new Mac. I want to just click on a library and point it to the folder of files for that library, but it says the server is unavailable, so it won’t let me. I just have “pin” and “reorder” available on each library.
