Lost Connection to PMS from Android TV

Player Version#: 1.32.8.7639

I created a new account to setup but I both of my TVs cannot see my server. It was working fine previously with an older account. My 3 configs are:
Synology NAS > PMS > Android TV
Synology NAS > PMS > Compuer
Synology NAS > PMS > Andoid Phone

I previous linked up my Andoid TVs my going to plex.tv/lnk and it would work with no problem. But when it does link I noticed two things. 1) The user name profile is different from the profile that is signed into on my phone and computer. 2) In the settings my media server name connection is missing

Which account claimed the server?

Use that same account to sign in to the TV/phone/etc.

There is no way of signing in on my TV to a specific email. It always asks to LINK and I do it form my phone and it does not link to the correct account.

Look below the LINK button.

It will say “You’re signed in as …” Sign in as a different user.
