Lost Live DVR channels on LG WebOS

I just noticed that the LG Smart TV client no longer shows ‘Live TV & DVR’ it just shows ‘Live TV’ with Plex Channels. I can’t seem to find the tuner channels anywhere. The web and iPhone clients continue to show ‘Live TV & DVR’ and I can tune the DVR channels. I last used DVR channels on the TV a couple of days ago. I just updated the server to Version#: 1.25.6.5577 but the problem seems to be restricted to the LG WebOS client.

Anyone have a clue what might be going on?

can you try closing and reopening app. this should be fixed, you might have to repin it to the home screen

I don’t fully understand what happened but after posting I found ‘Settings’/‘Advanced’/‘Reset App’ in the LG WebOS app.

I reset and signed in again. Now I have ‘Live TV & DVR’ menu item as well as ‘Live TV (On Plex)’

Problem solved. Now I just need to run through and redo the settings. It might be worth trying to log out and log back in again if anyone else is affected and finds this post.

I can’t verify reopening the app, but it may well have worked if I hadn’t already reset the app.
