Lost my media

Player Version#:
Plex was working fine before. Now when I open the server (using Windows 10), I keep getting the get media server screen. This doesn’t make sense since I am already in the media server. Please help me get it working again.

Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately, that didn’t work.

I fixed it. I disabled my AVAST shields and then when I was asked to “get Media server”, I did and installed it. Then I turned AVAST back on. It seems that AVAST was blocking the install file for some reason. I still don’t know why it failed in the first place, but it’s fixed now and thas all I care about.
