So I get home from work today and my server isn’t working.
Keeps shutting down.
Okay, so, usually a restart fixes this. Nope.
So I do an uninstall and re-install.
And I try to start it up and get the following message :
It was working fine last night.
I haven’t installed anything new.
I’ve run into a few bugs over the years, but a restart or reinstall has always fixed this.

I’m sure the new claiming server requirements come with good intent, but I’m getting denied. The first thing that happened to me is that Plex wouldn’t update. Then I got a message saying some other server was trying to log into my account (Lifetime Plex Pass holder here) so I foolishly changed my password. As a result I am locked now out of my server settings. I can’t even see them in Firefox anymore. I got to the point where I was logged into my account yesterday in another browser (Chrome…
Tried a few things already. Nothing helps.

Don’t think it’s a “Run as Admin” thing.
I found something to change that. I was having an issue with Windows blocking WinAmp install. With what I just changed in the Reg, I am now able to install WinAmp without Windows “protecting” me from myself.
Figured it out.
Wasn’t the 740 error.
My Media Server folder had been corrupted somehow.
Fixing that now.
