I am absolutely loving the NEW version of Plexamp for iOS… absolutely in love with it, and I would like to thank each and everyone whom has been involved in the making of it…
I even re started my Plex subscription because of it!
The only thing that I feel would make this app perfect, would be, a music expander (stereo widener)
like Power amp for iOS, and most important a slight change on the UI,
where it shows the format…example: “AIFF (then the star rating) 96 Khz”
I feel it would be better to move the star rating maybe underneath but have it so it reads like this “24 Bit / 96 Khz” or “16 Bit / 44.1 Khz” so you would be able to see then what is high res or not…I have a mixture of albums a lot in high - res audio, and it would be amazing to see this when they are playing…
a little maybe like the Qubuz app…

I was ready to turf plex for music. The standard app is just so slow, bloated, and so many times I am afraid when they update it I’m going to have to explain the latest way to ‘just play a song’ to my wife. This app has saved plex for me. Amazing.
I have found a couple of problem with Plexamp. Which is driving me up the wall, in my bedroom I have a steep pairs of HomePods, and if I stream in my lounge where I have 2 set of stereo paired home pods (meaning four units) everyone plays out of sync!
I have tried prism music player for Plex. And this doesn’t happen at all!
The other issue is the time it takes to load all artist, sometimes it doesn’t even load them all sometimes and seems to gets stuck…
Have you tried searching for the artist you are interested in? It works nicely to create a mix of a few artists.
I keep trying with the airplay issue, but nothing seems to resolve it…
I don’t know about these things, but I found that Qobuz, and Plexamp when played through airplay are all out of sync, where as prism App, Apple Music and tidal, seem to play ok?

Very excited to get some radio / mix features back in my plex library, and excited about upcoming Google cast / Chromecast support!
I love this! It made me abandon the Synology Audio Station player in a heartbeat! - now I want a version for my PC!

The Plexamp application itself? I’ve used both the WIndows Plex app and the Windows Plex Media Player, but Would liket o have soemthing just for music.

Plexamp surprises me on many levels. Best so far … ah.. I can’t decide
It is either the “sweet fades” - something I spent way too much time on in winamp to get working 
Or the radio mixes. Seriously. How could Spotify ■■■■ this one up so badly. Tue suggestions made me stop using Spotify
(i am in the car a lot.. music is essential!)

Just not able to use Siri to be handsfree so I just use the screen, its awesome so far.
Bought a lifetime pass after years of freeloading just to benefit from Plexamp on iOS. Take my money, you’ve earned it.
