Lyrics on my Windows server but not on my Mac server

Server Version#: 1.6.3.1009-57cf57c8
Why do I get lyrics from LyricFind on my Windows server but not on my Mac server. Both libraries have identical directories content on their devices for Music(just differ PCs.)

This is the Plex player version number.

What app are you using exactly? A desktop app on your Mac? Or a web browser?

I can bring lyrics through my web browser and my PMS is installed on macOS.

Web Browser PMS is: Version 1.18.7.2457 on MacBook Pro macOS Catalina 10.15.2

Web Browser PMS is Version 4.22.2 on Dell Windows 10

iPhone XS iOS 13.3.1 - Plex 6.8

iPad Pro iOS 13.3.1 - Plex 6.8

On the Windows box, the lyrics icon is lit for the song “Chiquitita” by ABBA.

On the MacOS, the lyrics for the same song are not lit.

My PMS has been up on my Mac MacOs since December and has never shown the LyricsFind icon lit for any of the hundreds of songs I’ve played.

My PMS has been up on my Dell Windows for less than a month and has hundreds of songs I play with the lyrics icon lit and displaying the lyrics as expected for these songs.

At this moment on my Dell box has a connectivity issue with LyricFind, but nevertheless is trying to retrieve lyrics. This never happening on my Mac.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for responding so quickly darcilicious. I think I see my issue. While the same songs are in each Music directory, I have changed the title of my songs on the Mac to include the release year as [yy] onto the end of each song title. Apparently LyricFind doesn’t like that. Mystery solved. It’a a shame that LyricFind doesn’t use the actual track audio to match the song. I have over 5,000 music tracks with the year appended to the end of each track title. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to live without LyricFind. Not going back now. and change. Year of release is more important. Thanks again for responding.
