Playlist bug with multiple users, multiple libraries

I recently migrated my music to Plex. I have 2 music libraries, one for myself, one for my wife. She has a separate user account.

When she looks at Playlist in the Libraries of the web client or looks at the Playlists from the Music section of the iOS client, it shows all the playlists she has created, regardless of the source library. Most of her playlists are created with music from my music library.

Using Plexamp (and PMP OSX), if her selected library is her music library, they do not appear. She needs to change to my library to see the playlists. Playlists can span across libraries, so why does she get different results depending on the source library? This seems like a disconnect, in some cases the playlist is tied to the library, sometimes tied to the user (which is what I would expect). Any ideas?

Plexamp operates on a per-library basis, so it displays recent playlists from that library only. You can search for playlists across the server.
