Upgraded to Mac OS Tahoe on M4 Mac Mini, and Plex Server won’t do anything. In Finder it now shows install date of 1969. I want to try to uninstall and reinstall, but how can I preserve my customizations and program view status? Any other suggestions?

I faced a few issues with Finder on my Mac Mini Pro M4 on instillation of MacOS 26
So try the following, quit Plex first.
Navigate to the menu bar / Go
Hold down Option Key
Find the Home Library, select and then release the option key.
Navigate to Preferences, select and look for
com.apple.finder.plist. (drag to Trash and Empty Trash)
Finder preferences will re populate itself.
Restart your Mac and see if things work better
