Macbook Air M1 (2020) Plex crashes when trying to exit (hangs)

Server Version#:1.32.1.6999
Player Version#:1.69.1.3755-e00242c8
I don’t have logs, so please let me know where to find them to provide.

So I just restarted and wiped my mac because I wanted to do a fresh install. Before hand plex worked flawlessly and there was no problems. But after I reinstalled its displaying really strange behavior now. The app opens and works perfectly, but I can not (no matter what) close or exit plex. It just hangs indefinitely. I have to force quit it, and if that does not work I have to power off the mac…

I just don’t know what happened as it worked perfectly before the fresh wipe. I then wiped the mac again and also reinstalled MacOS Ventura to the hard drive, but that didn’t work either. I’m kinda going crazy cus I really loved watching Plex on my Mac. The screens is great and my movies looked amazing.

Let me know if there’s any logs and how to provide them or if anyone has suggestions :frowning:

Thanks!

Same issue occurring here. Ventura 13.3.1. I don’t recall whether this started with a Ventura dot upgrade or not.

Can we get the logs after quitting from menu

Same issue MacBook Air 2020, not responding on exit - force quit sends report to Apple.

Fresh install of Ventura, deleting Plex app > reinstalling doesn’t solve the issue.
