macOS Plex Server Can't See Plex Library Location on QNAP

I recently purchased a QNAP TVS-872XT (running QuTS 4.5.4.x) to serve as the new location of my Plex Library. Plex Server runs on a Mac Min with macOS 12.4 and the original library is on an external drive connected via thunderbolt. Both the Mac Mini and QNAP are connected via 10G to the same VLAN.
I have successfully copied over my Plex Library to a share on the QNAP. I can mount the QNAP share on the Mac and fully browse the entire share (which contains the library). However when I attempt to Edit the Library while on the same Mac and add a folder location in Plex, Plex Server can’t see the folders within the QNAP share. On the QNAP I have enabled access for everyone (and have the drive mounted with a QNAP account that has full access).
How can I get Plex Server to see the new Library location on the QNAP?
